Our dial-up service is provided at no charge, but you will be billed by your phone service provider at the rate charged for 0845 numbers (usually a local rate call at 1p per minute). You are responsible for these bills and we will not ask you for any payment or additional charges no matter how much you use our service.
Can I use a different ISP at the same time?
Yes, you can alternate between dialup247 and broadband or even other dial-up providers if you want.
Can I use an email address I already have?
Yes. We place no restrictions on incoming or outgoing mail. However, some internet providers may require you to use their internet access in order to access mail from their service.
Where can I use Dialup247?
You can use our dial-up from any phone line in the UK. There's no restriction on where you connect.
What do I need to use dial-up?
In addition to your PC or laptop, all you need is a standard 56K or ISDN modem and a working phone line.
When can I use Dialup247?
Internet access is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, but you only pay for the time that you use.
Can I use ISDN with this Dialup247?
Yes, this service is fully compatible with ISDN.
